- UK (E&W) — Re Y [2026] EWFC 38 (McFarlane P) is the evaluator-quality apex; preserved correction: Sam King KC at 4PB, not 1KBW
- UK Devolved — Scotland recognition pole institutional (Shared Parenting Scotland) not bar-based; NI has only one academic; Wales family bar dominated by public-law-children; preserved corrections: Mary Connolly KC does not exist, Jonathan Dunlop KC is commercial, Cara Goodwin not on Faculty roll, Family Law Scotland Ltd does not exist
- NZ — critique-camp dominant in published volume (Carrie Leonetti UoA the heaviest hitter)
