AntiAlienate — The Open-Source Highway for Parental Alienation

If you're dealing with parental alienation — or working with someone who is — this repository is the central hub of legal references, practical templates, peer-reviewed research, jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction case law, deeply-investigated case studies, influencer reference pages, community routing, step-by-step playbooks, glossary, the field's real debate, and shareable infographics. Open-source. Free. No paywall. CC BY 4.0.

The goal: be the single most comprehensive open-source reference on parental alienation. The highway every other resource routes through.

How this is maintained

A background agent polls public legal-research sources every 25 minutes (PubMed, CrossRef, CourtListener, BAILII, Reddit), dedupes against a known-finds registry, and pushes new material into /digest/. Case studies, playbooks, value cards, templates, jurisdiction pages, influencer pages, glossary entries, debate analysis, and case-law consolidations are added on a rolling basis.

The repo grows continuously. If you bookmark only one URL: this one.

Editorial position

PA is a contested field. This repository represents both recognition-camp and critique-camp literatures and figures. We do not take a position on the contested questions — those are for clinicians, courts, and policy bodies to resolve. Our job is to make the field navigable. See /the-debate/ for our reasoning.

Verified Upstream Publishers

We credit independent publishers whose work we mirror or draw from. Crediting upstream sources openly is how a small field grows into a serious reference.
