STRUCTURALLY UNIQUE EU6 SIGNATURE: The critique-camp institutional anchor lives at the FEDERAL GENDER-EQUALITY REGULATOR (IEFH/IGVM Recommandation 2023/001) — NOT at the psychology regulator. Belgium is the only EU6 jurisdiction where the critique-camp position is articulated at federal-regulator level rather than only at professional-association or judicial level. The IEFH/IGVM is uniquely positioned as a single federal bilingual (NL+FR) regulator covering both linguistic communities; this combined coverage gives the Recommandation 2023/001 a structural reach unavailable elsewhere in EU6.
DOUBLE PROFESSIONAL-ASSOCIATION SILENCE: Neither the Commission des psychologues / Psychologencommissie nor the BFP-BPF has issued any public PA/PAS position.
