PAPA — People Against Parental Alienation¶
Founded 2016; one of the UK's largest free PA support communities. Runs a public forum, resource centre, Facebook support group, and an AI helper. Explicit no-charge policy distinguishes it from paid services. - 🌐 papaorg.co.uk - Facebook group is the active channel
Good Egg Safety CIC / Parental Alienation UK¶
Gender-inclusive UK Community Interest Company; ran the 2020 UK PA Study with 2,000+ responses. Research-flavoured rather than peer-support oriented. - 🌐 parentalalienationuk.info
Australia¶
Eeny Meeny Miney Mo Foundation (EMMM)¶
Registered Australian charity (Parental Alienation Australia Ltd) acting as the country's peak PA awareness body. Gender-neutral and child-focused; provides self-help resources, parliamentary submissions, and education for legal/health professionals. - 🌐 emmm.org.au - Contact form on site - Listed on Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission register
Germany¶
Väteraufbruch für Kinder e.V. (VAfK)¶
Germany's largest fathers/shared-parenting NGO (federation of regional chapters). Active litigant and amicus voice in German PA jurisprudence, including in cases reaching the ECHR and the Bundesverfassungsgericht. Publishes accessible explainers on German PA case law. - 🌐 vaeteraufbruch.de - ✉️ info@vafk.de
France¶
SOS Papa¶
Founded 1990; France's oldest separated-fathers association with ~40 regional delegations. Provides peer support, legal-aid referrals, and advocacy for shared residence ("résidence alternée") and PA recognition. - 🌐 sospapa.net - Contact form + regional delegation phone lines
Context: framed by some French academic critics as a PA-recognition lobby — include with that context.
Spain¶
ANASAP — Asociación Nacional de Afectados del Síndrome de Alienación Parental¶
Spain's main affected-relatives association on SAP; provides peer support, legal navigation, and lobbying. Operates in a tense legal environment: the Spanish government rejects SAP terminology while courts often accept it. ANASAP is a useful primary source for understanding the Spanish dispute. - 🌐 anasap.org - ✉️ info@anasap.org
Latin America (regional)¶
APADESHI — Asociación de Padres Alejados de sus Hijos (Argentina)¶
Argentina-based, Spanish-language clearinghouse covering SAP across Latin America. Maintains long-running educational sites in Spanish and serves as a hub for regional groups in Mexico, Peru, and Brazil (where Law 12.318/2010 already recognises PA). - 🌐 apadeshi.com - Email listed on apadeshi.com contact pages
International / multi-jurisdictional¶
International Council on Shared Parenting (ICSP)¶
Academic-practitioner council founded by Edward Kruk that runs the biennial International Conference on Shared Parenting (Bonn, Strasbourg, Málaga, Vancouver). PA recognition is a standing theme; consensus statements from ICSP conferences are cited in EU policy submissions. - 🌐 twohomes.org - Contact form + secretariat email listed publicly
Critic-side organisations¶
For balance, we list bodies that publicly contest PA framings — readers should know the real institutional landscape.
Leadership Council on Child Abuse and Interpersonal Violence (US)¶
US body whose senior leadership (Joyanna Silberg, Stephanie Dallam) has published the most-cited critiques of PA reunification programmes and "abusers gaining custody" research. - 🌐 leadershipcouncil.org - ✉️ info@leadershipcouncil.org
Institute on Violence, Abuse and Trauma (IVAT) / Robert Geffner¶
US critic-side institute publishing on the risks of PA-framed custody changes. - 🌐 ivatcenters.org
CISMAI — Coordinamento Italiano dei Servizi contro il Maltrattamento e l'Abuso all'Infanzia (Italy)¶
Italian child-abuse coordination body; broadly PA-sceptical position. Italy's PA landscape is dominated by CISMAI and individual law firms; no dedicated Italian PA-advocacy org verified at time of writing. - 🌐 cismai.it
Honest gaps¶
We are actively seeking verified contacts for: - Polish PA support organisations (a "Stowarzyszenie Colibri" reference did not resolve to a clearly PA-focused body) - Belgian francophone advocacy (Benoît Van Dieren's work is referenced in PASG circles but lacks a current authoritative public site) - Dedicated Italian PA advocacy - Czech, Slovak, Romanian, Hungarian regional bodies - Sub-Saharan African and Asian regional bodies
PRs from contributors with on-the-ground verification welcome.
